Privacy policy

1. Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored only as a salted hash). Trading data: the MetaTrader login, server, platform and the account and trade information needed to copy and bill trades. Payment data: deposit and withdrawal addresses and transaction hashes. Security data: IP address, device and sign-in events.

Your MetaTrader trading password is transmitted once, encrypted, to our copy-engine provider to link your account. We never store it.

2. How we use it

To provide copy trading, calculate and settle fees and rewards, secure your account, communicate with you about your account and the service, and meet legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We share the minimum necessary data with providers that run parts of the service: the copy-trading infrastructure provider (MetaApi), blockchain data providers used to detect USDT payments, and our email provider. We don't sell personal data.

4. Retention

We keep account and financial records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by law and to resolve disputes. Security logs are kept for a limited time.

5. Your rights

You can access and correct your data, export it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Contact support@smartnero.net; we may need to verify your identity first.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, revocable sessions, rate limiting and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; please protect your credentials and use a unique password.
