Partner agreement

This agreement applies when you share a Smartnero referral link.

1. Your role

You act independently, not as an employee, agent or representative of Smartnero, and you can't enter into commitments on our behalf.

2. Conduct

Describe the service accurately, explain its risks, and never promise profits. Never collect money, credentials or trading passwords from anyone in Smartnero's name. People you invite must be at least 18.

3. Commission

You earn a percentage of the platform fees paid by clients who signed up through your link, while they're in good standing. The percentage depends on your number of qualifying accounts, from 4% up to 20%, and is credited to your rewards after each session.

4. Termination

We may suspend partner rewards in case of misrepresentation, fraud or abuse and reverse rewards earned that way. Either party may end this agreement at any time; rewards already credited remain yours unless obtained improperly.
